Marcos and Chloe D’Cruze bring over 30 years of professional experience in theatre, film, and TV. For two decades, they have nurtured young performers through BDS Boppin’ Dance Schools, transforming actors, singers and dancers into confident triple-threat professionals ready for the spotlight.

With specialist agents for both children and adults, D’Cruze Agency represents performers of all ages. Our strong industry connections with casting directors, producers, and directors allow us to introduce and develop clients for theatre, TV, commercials, and film—helping them get seen by the right people at the right time.

We proudly offer support to all of our clients through Mentoring, Vocal Coaching, TV Acting, and Confidence Building classes, led by industry professionals, including platinum-selling album producers, performers, and coaches with West End and television experience.

While many of our younger clients train with BDS, you don’t need to be a BDS student to apply for representation. We welcome applications from performers of all ages who are passionate about pursuing a career in the industry.

Representation is offered on a selective basis, and all applicants must agree to our agency terms. Full details, including commission rates and expectations, will be provided upon acceptance.
